Barafundle is small bay backed by dunes and pine trees, accessible by a short walk (of about half a mile) from the nearest car park. The sand is golden and the waters are clear. The beach is unspoilt and so there are no cafe’s or shops in the vicinity. The beach is accessible via a number of steps down from the cliff top.
Barafundle has been given the Seaside Award (Rural) and the Green Coast Award in 2013.
